I love it because it is of our Saviors birth and that is what Christmas is all about. I also love the pictures in them. Thank you for the chance, your book sounds like a wonderful Christmas story and the cover is Beautiful. I enjoyed reading the author interview and what her book is about. Anyone wanting to share a personal Christmas story, as Jan did, is more than welcome!

One of my favorite ones was when my dad gave my mom a VERY heavy box to open, and he readied his camera, as if she was going to be so overwhelmed with pleasure, he wanted to capture it on film. When she opened the box and removed the tissue, my sweet British mom looked at the gift and said, (please pardon the British swearword) "It's a bloody brick!" And it was. He had his real gift hidden aside, but he just wanted to make her laugh.

Gosh, I miss them both.Trish Perryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14983379845476025642noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6882268403920558613.post-3896058047437905732019-10-14T15:28:28.113-04:002019-10-14T15:28:28.113-04:00One Christmas my parents have our apartment key to...One Christmas my parents have our apartment key to friends so they could deliver presents from Santa while we went to the movies. They were supposed to leave the door unlocked. But I remember reading The Christmas Shoes, by Donna VanLiere, when it was released years ago--it was my book club's choice. It seemed a little corny at first, but I still remember lying in the tub and crying like a baby while reading a particularly sad scene (no spoilers here). It ended up being very moving.Trish Perryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14983379845476025642noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6882268403920558613.post-60078232971346672802019-10-14T11:26:52.036-04:002019-10-14T11:26:52.036-04:00Did I need to leave my email? angelecolline at yah...Did I need to leave my email? angelecolline at yahoo dot com I just noticed that Melanie did...Angie Quantrellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07474213906615736834noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6882268403920558613.post-47144219557117551732019-10-14T11:26:05.894-04:002019-10-14T11:26:05.894-04:00I love kitties and Christmas!
